WoW: Forever has no flying mounts, so flight masters are the fastest way across Azeroth. There are 65 flight points on the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor: 35 the Alliance can use and 34 for the Horde, with 4 open to both factions. Four of them are new, in Mount Hyjal and the Riverglades. Talk to a flight master once to learn that point; after that you can fly to it from any connected flight master of your faction.
New flight points in WoW Forever
| Flight point | Zone | Faction | Flies directly to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tainted Foothills | Mount Hyjal | Both | Everlook (Winterspring), Summit of Eternity (Mount Hyjal) |
| Summit of Eternity | Mount Hyjal | Both | Tainted Foothills (Mount Hyjal) |
| Farholde Keep | Riverglades | Alliance | Lakeshire (Redridge), Morgan's Vigil (Burning Steppes), Thelsamar (Loch Modan) |
| Rog'mar | Riverglades | Horde | Flame Crest (Burning Steppes), Hammerfall (Arathi), Kargath (Badlands), Stonard (Swamp of Sorrows) |
Mount Hyjal connects to the rest of Kalimdor through Everlook in Winterspring: fly to Everlook first, then on to Tainted Foothills, and from there up to the Summit of Eternity. Alliance players reach Farholde Keep from Lakeshire, Thelsamar or Morgan's Vigil; Horde players reach Rog'mar from Kargath, Stonard, Flame Crest or Hammerfall. Read more about both zones in the WoW Forever zones guide.

Neutral flight masters
These flight masters serve both factions, so they are handy meeting points for cross-faction travel in the same zone:
- Summit of Eternity (Mount Hyjal): Alliance routes to Tainted Foothills (Mount Hyjal); Horde routes to Tainted Foothills (Mount Hyjal).
- Tainted Foothills (Mount Hyjal): Alliance routes to Everlook (Winterspring), Summit of Eternity (Mount Hyjal); Horde routes to Everlook (Winterspring), Summit of Eternity (Mount Hyjal).
- Ratchet (The Barrens): Alliance routes to Talrendis Point (Azshara), Theramore (Dustwallow Marsh); Horde routes to Crossroads (The Barrens).
- Marshal's Refuge (Un'Goro Crater): Alliance routes to Cenarion Hold (Silithus), Gadgetzan (Tanaris); Horde routes to Cenarion Hold (Silithus), Gadgetzan (Tanaris).
Booty Bay, Gadgetzan, Everlook, Thorium Point, Cenarion Hold, Light's Hope Chapel and Moonglade have separate Alliance and Horde flight masters, each with its own routes.
Flight path tips
- Pick up every flight point as you pass. Each one needs a visit before you can fly there, and a missed point can mean a long ride later.
- Plan long trips around hubs. Crossroads, Thunder Bluff, Kargath for the Horde, and Ironforge, Auberdine, Stormwind for the Alliance, have the most direct routes.
- Riding comes with your mount. Forever grants a mount when you learn riding, so the gap between flight points gets shorter once you train it. See the leveling guide.
