Last updated: 2026-10-24. This policy explains what information Forever Guide ("we", "the site") handles when you visit foreverguide.net.
Information you give us
The site has no user accounts, no comment system and no sign-up forms. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to reply and to fix the guide.
Information stored in your browser
The Legacy points tracker saves which challenges you ticked in your browser's local storage on your own device, under a key used only by this site. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time with the tracker's "Clear all" button or by clearing your browser's site data. Other tools, such as the class picker and time converters, do not store anything.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand which guides are useful and how visitors find them. Analytics tools use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on page, device type and approximate location. We do not send names, email addresses or other directly identifying information to analytics providers. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Advertising
To pay for the site, we may show ads from Google AdSense or similar networks. These providers may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before advertising or analytics cookies are set.
Data retention and security
We keep emails only as long as needed to answer them and correct the guide. The site is served over HTTPS, and because we do not run accounts or databases of visitor information, there is very little personal data that could be exposed. Browser-stored tracker data stays on your device until you delete it.
Children
This site is a general audience game guide and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, or to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost no personal information, most requests can be handled by clearing your browser data. For anything else, contact us at the address below.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to Blizzard and other sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes to this policy
If we add a new analytics or advertising provider, or change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
