What the site is
Forever Guide is a free, independent fan guide to World of Warcraft: Forever. It publishes guides, data tables and browser-based tools such as the talent calculator, class picker and Legacy tracker. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
Using the guides and tools
- You may read, link to and share the site's pages for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may share builds made with the talent calculator by copying their links. The links contain only your talent choices.
- You may not copy large parts of the site to republish them, scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or present our pages as your own work.
- Short quotations with a link back to the original page are welcome.
Accuracy
We build pages from Blizzard's official announcements and from the WoW: Forever game client's data tables, list our sources on every page and show the date we last checked them. Even so, World of Warcraft: Forever is a live game that Blizzard changes through patches and hotfixes. Information, numbers and tool results can become out of date or be wrong. The site is provided "as is", without any warranty, and we are not responsible for decisions you make in the game based on it. If you find a mistake, please tell us so we can fix it.
Trademarks and game content
World of Warcraft, Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Artwork, screenshots, icons and game data shown on the site belong to Blizzard Entertainment and are used to describe and illustrate the game this guide covers. Text, page design, the class emblems and the code of our tools are our own work.
Your account and the game
The site never asks for your Battle.net login, character details or payment information, and our tools do not connect to your game account. Any build or checklist you create stays in your browser or in the link you copy. If a page or message ever claims to be from Forever Guide and asks for your login, it is not from us.
Links to other sites
Pages link to Blizzard's website and other sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Advertising and analytics
The site may show advertising and use analytics to keep it free. How this works, and what data is involved, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows, for example when we add new tools. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
